A tropical paradise, Cane Garden Bay lies on the Northwest of Tortola, the largest of the British Virgin Islands. Rarely crowded except when the cruise ships roll in, the beach boasts a stretch of powdery white sand, with calm, turquoise waters. Swim and sunbathe on the beach, or rent snorkelling gear and head for the edge of the bay where visibility is best. You can also explore the surroundings by kayak or boat, and get food and drinks from the beach bars, which come alive with music at night.
