Thin, red ridges with sheer drops on either side create the steep, forest-filled valleys of Pai Canyon. Climb the steps to the viewing platform to enjoy sweeping views. You can head further down the valley following the path of the ridge, but the poorly maintained track follows a precarious route, so be extra careful if you decide to hike.     The Pai grand canyon a must go if you are in Pai it is close to the city center try to go as early as 4 pm so you don't miss anything  more »

    Very picturesque place! Obviously a little bit busy during the sunset, but still very relaxing and chilled. Unfortunately I didn’t have proper shoes, so couldn’t explore the whole area, but anyway I spent there a few hours listening to the nature! Tip: proper hiking shoes recommended (stable, not slippery)

    Beyond expectation! What a perfect sunset! If you walk a bit further (and climb up and down!) than the most people do you can find your private sunset spot. Bring good shoes and a flashlight for after sunset climbing back. Be there an hour before sunset for the walk.
