    Small Lake Kilinger was part of historic system of ponds and lakes called Tajch used to mine minerals in nearby mountings. Water from lakes used to run mining machines. This one is very close to Banska Stiavnica and has nice walk around even to get back to town through nice forest. There are couple of benches. No entrance and very relaxing atmosphere...

    Lovely lake near Banska Stiavnica. Clean and clear water and pretty deep too, so not very ideal for kids. On the other hand, it is possible to jump from the shore, so swimmers will have a lot of fun. There is a small frefreshment stand and also a place for changing clothes, no other facilities, though. No entry fee.
