Wow, amazing walking trail through a river gorge surrounded by woodland. It's tricky in some parts with lots of ladders, bridges, walkways and chains to get across. So much fun and a stunning walk. Wear proper hiking shoes, especially if it's wet. Really enjoyed it. One of the most beautiful places in Slovakia.

If you wanted to visit top 3 places in Slovakia, Jánošík Gorges would probably be one of them. Be prepared to cross many bridges and climb a few ladders. Plan your visit outside of top tourist hours, the place can sometimes be overcrowded.
