So much history, art, and architecture packed into such a small space. This city was by far the highlight of our trip and deserves at least 2 full days to explore.

If you’re planning to visit Spain, and you want to visit Andalusia, this is one of the sights you must visit. It’s right in the center of old Cordoba. The tower has amazing views of the complex as well as the city of Cordoba, where you can see a sea of white Andalusian architecture. The interior is one of the Mose iconic places in all Spain. Seeing Islam and Christian design mix is incredible. They seem to complement each other.

You must bust the center of Córdoba if plan to visit anywhere near or inside the city. The Cathedral-Mosque dominates the skyline imposing its grandeur on over the town. There are tourist trap shops all around it, but good food and local bars are just a street or two hidden behind those. Spend at least a few hours wandering around the area and get lost in beautiful history and flowers in the spring.
