A must see and visit. Great market offering all the delicacies Valencia has to offer. The beautiful building itself is based right in the heart of Valencia in the old town. You will find everything from Olive oil to the best fresh fish. It's a fantastic experience to walk around and taste the delights on offer. A number of stalls offer nibble cups for a couple of Euros,

Great variety of meat, fish, vegetables and local cuisine in low prices. I would totally recommend it even for tourists. If you wish authentic tastes that touristic places don't offer, the central market is ideal for you. You might need to communicate only in Spanish, but I suppose that's the price of enjoying food that would satisfy locals and not only tourists...
