The capital and largest city of Serbia, cosmopolitan Belgrade sits on the confluence of the Sava and the Danube rivers.

Military Museum and The Name of Mary Church are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Zemunski kej and The National Assembly. Get out of town with these interesting Belgrade side-trips: Sremski Karlovci (Sremski Karlovci, Orthodox Cathedral of St Nicholas, &more), Krusedol Monastery (in Fruska Gora National Park) and Smederevo Fortress (in Smederevo).
